ManpowerGroup Support Engineer III in Sunnyvale, California

Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Support Engineer III to join their team. As a Support Engineer III, you will be part of the technical support department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Support Engineer III

Location: Sunnyvale, CA - need to be local in Bay Area to come in office if neede

Pay Range: $45/hr

What's the Job?

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software issues, providing on-call support as needed across customer time zones.

  • Resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of product documentation and features.

  • Document and track customer and system issues effectively.

  • Provide feedback to the development team on product issues and support the implementation of potential improvements.

What's Needed?

  • BS Degree in computer science or a combination of education and relevant experience.

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in a technical support role.

  • Experience scripting in modern programming languages.

  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for technical systems.

  • Familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
