Google Senior UX Engineer, Cloud AI Google AI Platform in Sunnyvale, California

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.

  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript development.

  • Experience with HTML and CSS.

  • Experience prototyping and designing for enterprise platforms and tooling.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.

  • 5 years of experience as a front-end developer, UX Engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.

  • Experience in one or more of the following: Swift, Kotlin, Dart, Python, Ruby, Java, or C++.

  • Experience with ML Platforms and Infrastructure, and/or ML Operations.

  • Experience with one or more of the following: Kaggle, Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

As a UX Engineer, you'll work as part of a UX team in a challenging, fast-paced environment. You’ll demonstrate your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user facing technologies to create prototypes that identify the best product experiences, launch innovative features, build tools that accelerate UX teams, bridge between design and engineering discussions, and enable efficient, high quality execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
