We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in High Tech sales environment. Description

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Achieve quarterly revenue targets through inbound / outbound telephone sales with an emphasis on referral and solution-based selling along with maintaining a high retention rate of existing renewals. Team Leadership and Training: Provide strong leadership to the inside sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their selling skills and overall effectiveness. Manage reps to maintain strong sales pipelines including up-selling and cross-selling within the install base to generate new license opportunities Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team performance. Implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales goals and improve efficiency. Integrity: Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of sales leadership and operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-year degree or equivalent required

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in sales management and team leadership

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies, with the ability to train and motivate others effectively

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $123,100 and $185,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
