Netchannels Customer Reference Manager - Peer to Peer references in Sunnyvale, California

We are hiring a full time employee (FTE) W2 of Netchannels supporting one of our clients in High Technology.

NOTE: This is a Marketing & Sales Enablement role. This is NOT a customer service role.

This high tech client is developing groundbreaking cloud solutions for companies, leveraging years of experience in building secure, reliable, and scalable cloud technology. They are seeking an experienced individual to manage the customer reference program to harness the power of references to support account-based selling.

 

You are a dynamic individual with a background in developing high-impact relationships with customers and industry influencers. You will work with the sales team in identifying customers who are willing to be a reference for the Cloud solution that they implemented.

  Responsibilities

  • Facilitate peer to peer interactions with customers and prospects

  • Identify the prospects with the sales team

  • Manage the 1-1 call (one existing customer with one prospect)

  • Manage call for one to many with one existing customer and 10+ prospects.

  • Engage with marketing, sales, product and executive teams regarding customer advocacy

  • Provide monthly metrics tracking recruitment growth and revenue

    Minimum qualifications:

  • Sales enablement experience

  • Experience working with the sales account team

  • Experience with Account-Based Selling

  • High energy, enthusiast, and excellent collaboration

  • Self-starter and embracing ever changing landscape

  • BA/BS degree and equivalent practical experience

  • High Technology experience is a must

  • Knowledge of the Cloud is a plus

  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external constituents

  • Outstanding project management and leadership skills, in addition to experience working on cross-functional teams.

  • Superb written and oral communication skills.

     

    Preferred qualifications:

  • 7+ years of customer reference or sales enablement

  • Interest in Cloud technologies and collaboration software.

  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities.
