Position Overview:

Quotes and purchases all Information Services (IS) related inventory. Assists with inventory management, contract management, and processing and tracking IS inventory. Collaborates with a variety of employees and technical personnel.

EDUCATION:

  • HS Diploma: Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Ability to type 35 words per minute.

  • Basic understanding of hardware and software for computer desktops, servers, network equipment, and associated components.

  • Use basic English words and phrases to effectively and clearly organize and communicate thoughts and ideas.

  • Ability to prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.

  • Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues.

  • Perform repetitive work according to set procedures.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals without the aid of a calculator.

  • Read technical documents in order to develop a greater understanding of IS needs and trends.

Pay Range is $24.10 to $32.54 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
