Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical products, systems, or support structures. They will work from drawings, blueprints, schematics, work orders, wiring diagrams, product samples, and written or verbal instructions with limited supervision to determine assembly duties and materials requirements.

Essential Skills

• 1 or more years of PCB assembly experience

• 1 or more years of soldering or wire harnessing experience

• 1 or more years of experience working under a microscope

• Experience with small parts assembly

• Strong communication skills and ability to understand verbal and written instructions

Work Environment

This position involves working closely with about five other coworkers in a climate-controlled environment. The assembler will be responsible for soldering and wiring under a microscope, working with very fine wires. Departments include Warehouse, Assembly, Engineering, Production, and Fabrication. The organizational structure includes managers reporting to Human Resources at the local level.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunbury, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $23.00
