JOB REQUIREMENTS: About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Resident Assistant to join our team at Talamore Sun Prairie. As a Resident Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, while providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, and will be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. Your main goal will be to create a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for our residents. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed Preferred Qualifications: Experience in property management or customer service Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations CPR and First Aid certification Responsibilities: Assist residents with day-to-day needs, including maintenance requests, package deliveries, and general inquiries Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents Enforce community policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all residents Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action as needed Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors Skills: As a Resident Assistant, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our residents. You will also use your strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or concerns that may arise. Additionally, you will need to be flexible and adaptable, as you may be required to work weekends and evenings.
