Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option (up to 50%/40%/etc. remote) and is open to any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The contributions you will make: This position is responsible for partnering with leadership and stakeholders to identify and assess key risks and controls for credit. The incumbent completes non-complex loan reviews to evaluate credit quality and administration to identify and mitigate risk. Ensures the organization adheres to internal policies and procedures, Federal and State lending regulations, business plans, and maintains sound fiscal operations. A typical day: Provides direct, continuous review of the loan portfolio.
