Join us as we build our cutting-edge marketing organization! We are seeking someone to join our team as a Director, Multiple Myeloma Marketing. The Product Manager will be a key member of the Hematology marketing team, responsible for key REVLIMID HCP initiatives and at least one direct report. This product is positioned as a significant growth driver for the organization.
This position will focus on US marketing initiatives that span across Multiple Myeloma supporting REVLIMID.
Understand key market trends and competitive environment to develop market insights critical to product strategy and communication
Leading non-personal promotion efforts, including building optimal mix and monitoring performance to inform future efforts
Coordinate and manage brand tactical planning across the Myeloma franchise ensuring alignment across multiple functions including medical affairs, market access, marketing operations, sales, sales operations, market research, legal, regulatory, and other functions
Lead and manage various aspects of conference presence and initiatives.
Manage advertising agency and other vendors to ensure execution towards franchise and hematology objectives
Track and coordinate franchise budgets Lead efforts to assess and optimize the marketing mix and resource allocation across teams and identify potential synergies and savings
Optimize opinion leader engagement and planning efforts.
Manage at least one direct report
Qualifications & Experience
5-8 years of pharmaceutical industry or relevant experience
The preferred candidate will have oncology therapeutic background with at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales experience.
Ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationships and build alignment.
Strong communications skills and track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal customers.
Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment
Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize
Proven team player with ability to navigate and collaborate cross functionally.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
