The Transformation Manager will play a crucial role in guiding the organization through its transformation journey. This role is pivotal in implementing new processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving critical initiatives to fruition. Reporting to the Senior Director, Transformation, this individual will harness their consulting toolkit to steer key projects and collaborate closely with industry experts and other former consultants.

Pay: $113,000 - $130,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into data, uncovering trends and patterns.

  • Implement robust reporting and financial tracking mechanisms to monitor transformation's progress.

  • Tailor strategies and initiatives which impact critical business areas.

  • Stand up a standardized process for reporting, company-wide showcases, and board of director meetings.

  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization.

  • Take charge of critical tasks, executing with autonomy and precision.

  • Work closely with stakeholders throughout the entire course of our transformation journey.

  • Drive changes to key frontline processes and identify efficiencies in ways of working.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

  • Ability to work in a high-performing team, comprising industry experts.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • 4 + years' experience in an internal corporate consulting capacity or consulting firm experience.

  • Hybrid role-must work 3 days a week in the office-NY Manhattan location.

  • Proven ability to partner and influence senior level leadership.

  • Advanced capabilities in PowerPoint to create compelling narratives.

  • Advanced capabilities in Excel, especially in financial forecasting.

  • Open to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 + years of experience in management consulting at top tier firm

  • Advanced data analytics tools experience (e.g., Alteryx-PowerBI)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree- required

  • MBA- preferred
