Actalent Project Controller in Sugar Land, Texas
Job Title: Project ControllerJob Description
As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects stay on time and within budget. Your tasks will include measuring the percentage of completion vs profit and loss, overseeing project pricing calculations, maintaining budget control at the project level, reviewing major project expenditures, managing risks and opportunities, monitoring project progress and cost/cash variations, and establishing project reporting and variance analysis. You will also work closely with the Regional Financial Controller in supporting monthly accounting close processes and providing data, analysis, and interpretation of current and future project results. Your proactive approach will be crucial in improving the overall financial culture among the team.
Hard Skills
Minimum 6 years of Project Controls experience
Experience working with Project Managers on POC (Percentage Of Completion) and PBT (Profit Budgeted To)
Proficiency in Excel and SAP
Knowledge of accounting principles
Bachelors Degree in business or accounting related field

This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Sugar Land, Texas.
Work Environment
