HRIS ANALYST AT PRIMEFLIGHT
The HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and upkeep of the HRIS, compliance reporting and HR strategies, to align with the organization’s goals. This role focuses on analyzing and improving HR processes and system functionalities, such as data management, system enhancements, compliance and reporting and issue resolution. The analyst collaborates with HR teams to ensure accurate data reporting and provides training and user support for the system. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with data privacy and security regulations and generates reports and insights to guide HR strategies and decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement and maintain the UKG (UltiPro) HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and system needs and improvements
Manage the configuration, customization, and optimization of the UKG platform to meet the company's HR needs and regulatory compliance
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions and technical support to HR users
Continuously assess and recommend system enhancements, updates, and improvements to optimize HRIS functionality and user experience
Assist in the development of automated workflows and notifications within the HRIS to streamline HR processes
Collaborate with various departments, regulatory agencies, and vendors to support timely processing and maintenance of employee data, flow and system integrations support
Analyze HRIS data to identify trends and provide insights into workforce metrics, such as turnover, retention, compensation and predictive modeling to support strategic HR initiatives
Create and maintain reports and dashboards in UKG to assist HR and management in data-driven decision-making
Assist in the development and execution of HRIS training programs for HR staff and end-users
Provide end-user support and training on UKG self-service features, including employee and manager self-service portals
Manage compliance obligations and reporting
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and maintain HR policies and procedures related to HRIS usage
Maintain documentation of HRIS processes, procedures, and system configurations
May be assigned other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
18 years of age or older
Eligible to work in the United States
Minimum 3 years HRIS experience required
Experience with UKG a plus
Compliance knowledge and reporting a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Confidentiality required
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents
Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of adaptive technologies or methods as necessary
Effectively communicate both in-person and through electronic means
Pass a background check and drug screen
