Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a single Dunkin' Donuts store location
Leadership and growth opportunities/training classes
Consistently meet Dunkin' Brands operating standards
Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
Meet safety and sanitation standards
Effectively LEAD, MANAGE, and COMMUNICATE with a team
Recruit, train and develop all team members
Plan, develop, and maintain labor and food budgets
Complete administrative tasks (inventory, ordering, scheduling, etc.) promptly and accurately

Quick Service or food industry experience is a requirement
ServSafe Certification is a plus but not required
Management experience a plus
