Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, engineering & project execution of custody transfer flow metering / analytical systems.

• Reviews customer's specification and provides solutions to customer's technical needs.

• Performs engineering calculations and prepares engineering documents such as specification, data sheet, functional design specification, design basis, test procedures, drawings / diagrams etc.

• Checks and reviews engineering drawings such as P&lD, GA Drawing, system architecture diagrams, wiring drawings, analyzer schematic diagram etc

• Ensure vendor document & drawing results deliverables

• Conducts evaluation, selection and procurement of instruments / equipment and other buy-outs

• Participates in installation supervision, internal tests, factory acceptance test and provides commissioning support.

• Coordinates with other team engineers for efficient project execution to meet customer's technical requirement, delivery schedule and quality standard

Who You Are:

• Anticipates customer needs and provides services that are beyond customer expectations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in engineering design & project execution in chemical, petrochemical or oil & gas industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Instrumentation & Control / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience

• Prior experience in custody transfer / allocation metering system design, execution, and operation is highly preferred.

• Well versed in typical metering-instrument sizing calculations i.e. Uncertainty Calculation, Pressure Drop calculation, TW wake frequency calculation, relief valve sizing, control valve sizing, prover sizing, IS calculation, voltage drop calculation, heat dissipation calculation, flowmeter sizing, actuator sizing, analyzer lag time calculation etc.

• Familiar with the specification / operations / maintenance of typical instruments & equipment supplied on custody transfer / allocation metering systems i.e. flowmeters, valves, quality analyzers, sampling system, flow computer, metering panel, HMI etc

• Strong analytical & critical thinking mindset and problem-solving skills.

• A team player, a self-motivator, self-confidence, and an independent character to carry out and deliver tasks assigned.
