Job Description

A leading HVAC and Fortune 500 client of Insight Global is looking for a new MES Business Analyst Lead to join their team in Stuttgart, Arkansas in a contract-to-hire model and help with a large digital transformation of their manufacturing factory. This individual will report to the Senior IT Manager and will be responsible for leading the MES project plans including rollouts, enhancements, and scheduling for the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have experience with the design, implementation, and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and be able to identify opportunities for process automation within the MES to streamline operations, reduce errors, and enhance quality control. Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of Business Analyst experience overseeing & analyzing at least 3 software development projects with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) software

-Experience in an industrial/complex manufacturing environment must be comfortable on the shop floor and able to look at the spec documents & shop floor & analyze what might be missing

-Proven track record of creating process flow diagrams, project plans & documentation

-Strong attention to detail, organized, and soft skills for working with people -Hands-on experience using MS Project, Visio, and/or DevOps for scheduling, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, etc.

-Experience with SAP null
