Need 3 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in Sturgeon Lake, MN and at locations in South Dakota. See itinerary and wage information, below. From: 05/01/2023 to 10/31/2023 Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat 8hrs./day In Minnesota only, all work in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer s discretion. Must Apply By: 08/01/2023 JOB DUTIES: Operate equipment for the corn harvest season: duties include driving alongside the forage harvester, keeping a steady speed and distance from the machine, until truck is full, then drive to the pile location at a reasonable speed, unload, and return to the chopper, repeating that for as long as necessary to complete the job. Employees will assist with loading and packing equipment and moving to the next job where the process repeats. While operating vehicles, employees will watch and warn others of obstacles or changes, pay attention on the roads, be careful and respectful of others, and clean the cab of truck out at the end of each day. Before harvest season starts and after it is complete, employees will assist with the following duties on the employer s own farm. Duties would include running tractor with various implements, loaders, hauling and stacking hay, maintaining fence line, building new fence, and washing and prepping equipment for harvest or winter storage. Spread ash and lime on fields to prepare for planting. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer s discretion. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) months experience. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Able to perform work requiring extensive sitting and repetitive movements. Regular Class D driver\'s license. Must be able to obtain a CDL or equivalent within 30 days of hire. Employer will conduct post-hire and random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.
