SAP Manufacturing Analyst (Plan to Produce) We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our SAP Team. This role coordinates efforts to build, enhance and manage the companies' SAP solutions across the globe in the areas of manufacturing and operations. This position will work across departments and drives standardization across the organization. This role will partner with various business functions to ensure IT roadmap initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Additionally, this role will oversee third party consultants and service providers that are a part of our SAP S4 HANA ecosystem. This position will work closely with BPO's (Business Process Owners) as well as other functional teams, including P2P procurement, RTR Record to Report, OTC order to cash, QM quality management, PM plant maintenance and EHS environmental Health & Safety to ensure seamless integration processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in SAP PLTPR configuration and implementation support. This role is also responsible for establishing priorities and activities for daily tickets and enhancements maintaining high-quality turn around for ticket closure and continuous improvement deliverables. Responsibilities Conduct problem analysis and escalations to partners for additional analysis and resolution as appropriate. Configure and support SAP functional areas including MM, PP, PM, QM (basic), MRP, and related master data. Develop positive relationships with both the business and end users involved in downstream Operations or Distribution processes. Analyze existing business processes across the organization and utilize existing knowledge of SAP solutions that would support those processes. This will include the ability to review, analyze and provide recommendations to complex issues and when necessary, provide prototype of new solutions, process enablers and drive process transformations. Lead workstream projects and develop functional specifications, test plans and scenarios, and training materials as needed. Proficient in working closely with the users Globally to develop acceptance test scenarios and test data to execute the scenarios for all PLTPR system changes and integrations with other workstreams. Provide advanced ability to organize, prioritize, troubleshoot, document, escalate and manage multiple complex projects, tasks and meet deliverables. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment that works with both internal customers as well as offshore support; ability to work collaboratively with business users. Support flexible work schedule on occasion to accommodate project activities with APAC and EU operations. Critical Thinking: Strong PP, QM, OTC knowledge and problem-solving techniques.
