We are currently seeking an experiencedAccount Support Team Lead to help us to maintain that commitment as we continue to grow. In this position, you will oversee day-to-day account support department while also providing leadership to our team of specialists. This will allow you to showcase not only your administrative and project management skills, but also, you're coaching and mentoring capabilities. Job Responsibilities As anAccount Support Team Lead, you will direct customer service operations and support our customers through many different avenues. This is a multi-aspect role that encompasses both service management and leadership and coaching of our account support professionals. This position reports directly to our Sales Operation Manager. Your specific duties in this role will include: Managing account setup, master data, and change activity for the division Championing the development of leadership competencies that drive individual and team goals Drive customer portal activity, accuracy, and overall implementation Assisting with the outstanding AR/AP for the division to exceed goals and reduce balances on a weekly basis. Troubleshooting account root cause discrepancies and create prevention plans to stop future discrepancies Hiring, training, and developing account support personnel Reviewing and completing monthly reports Ensuring that customer relations are maintained at a high level Utilizing key metrics to evaluate and recommend best practices for operations Managing internal and external relationships Creating a positive, dynamic, and fun work environment POSITION REQUIREMENTS As an Account support Team Lead, you must be a strong, motivational leader with strong administrative, project management, and mentoring abilities. You should also be highly detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships with service staff and a wide variety of customers. Specific qualifications for the role include: 1+ years of proven sales or customer service leadership experience in an industrial atmosphere or parts counter High school diploma or GED Computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn our ordering system Strong Microsoft Excel skills ERP / SAP experience, a plus Work for a corporation that believes in developing its people.
