Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

Join our team as a Quality Inspector on the 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm. This is a direct placement position with a pay rate ranging from $24 to $27 per hour based on experience. You will perform receiving inspections on copper coils using micrometers and calipers, operate automated equipment for raw material testing, and collaborate closely with quality technicians and engineers. Initial months will involve shadowing and training in procedures, documentation, and continuous improvement strategies. You will also attend collaboration meetings, work with machine operators on press lines, and perform dimensional and cosmetic checks on manufactured products.

Work Environment

Work in an extremely clean and automated environment in KS, with operations expected to start in Ohio in early 2025. The company boasts a stable history, excellent culture, and a strong focus on innovation and quality. The role may require occasional travel for up to one month at a time.
