Robert Half Payroll Administrator in Streetsboro, Ohio

Description We are in search of a Payroll Administrator to join our team located in STREETSBORO, Ohio. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be tasked with handling payroll for a significant number of employees, managing accounting software systems, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Administering payroll for both hourly and salaried staff on a bi-weekly basis.

• Generating invoices for payroll bill backs and ensuring they are sent to the appropriate entities.

• Conducting regular audits to verify cash accuracy.

• Managing payroll for several companies with off-cycle schedules.

• Handling payroll-related tasks for hospitality entities, including pay runs, off-cycle pay, Paycor service fees, and 401k.

• Administering nationwide 401k plans.

• Overseeing per diem payroll operations.

• Assisting with onboarding and termination processes.

• Producing supervisor reports on a regular basis.

• Performing various accounting functions using software systems like ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.

• Managing benefit functions as part of the role. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a must

• Knowledge of Ceridian software is necessary

• Ability to use Crystal Reports is crucial

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is needed

• Proficiency in using About Time software is expected

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is required

• Experience in Auditing is necessary

• Knowledge in Benefit Functions is crucial
