This is a full time position for both members of the management team. The lady [typically] takes care of the office & administrative duties while the man [typically] is responsible for the physical facilities [buildings, apts., grounds]. Both team members must be physically able to bend, kneel, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs. Position is normally Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Benefits include rent free housing, paid vacations, paid federal holidays, medical plan, 401 K and uniforms for the individual taking care of the physical facilities.
