Insight Global IT Field Service Tech in Stratford, Connecticut

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the IT team of one of the largest healthcare systems in Connecticut. This person will be joining a team that supports around 200 sites throughout a territory with responsibilities including on-site support, installation, and maintenance. Utilizing ServiceNow, you will independently travel to clinic sites, troubleshoot technical issues, and produce detailed service reports. A key aspect of this role is building positive relationships with end users and ensuring optimal equipment performance as it will indirectly affect patient care. Projects, Incidents & Moves may require flexibility in availability to stay late or work a weekend as patient care cannot be put on hold.

Skills and Requirements

At least 3 years of experience with Technical Support in a Windows environment

 Utilizing ServiceNow as a ticketing system or similar

 Great Customer Service personality for deskside support

 Familiarity with Microsoft Imaging

 Able to drive your own vehicle

 Vaccination against COVID-19 and the Flu

 HS Diploma Ability to troubleshoot network switches/connect cables in preparation for the network team to take over

 Experience with EPIC EMR null
