Job Description

This healthcare client has found that they have a longer wait time from 7:30AM-12:30PM and want to bring on additional help on a part-time basis during that timeframe. First couple of weeks will be training and then you will be taking calls and creating/resolving tickets on your own. The shift will be a Sun-Thurs. Centralized the Service desk environment. On average a person will take up to 20-40 calls per day and will be responsible to handle a high call volume while maintaining a high level of customer service and high volume of call resolution.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Customer service is key critical to the success in this role and to meshing well with the this team.

This is a call center environment in a centralized help desk.
