This position will be based at our headquarters in Stow, Ohio and work on a hybrid schedule: Tuesdays through Thursdays in office, and from home Mondays and Fridays.

You’ll curate and create captivating content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter, fostering an engaged audience and driving customer interaction. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of Digital Marketing Managers, Designers, Product Managers, and more, to amplify our voice and mission.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Strategize, implement, and refine a corporate social media plan that aligns with our brand’s vision.

• Harness analytics to pinpoint successes and areas for message optimization.

• Be the versatile force coordinating strategy, design, copywriting, community management, and data analysis.

• Transform followers into loyal customers through memorable and authentic social media engagements.

• Keep a pulse on our social channels, offering timely and thoughtful responses to our community.

• Oversee online activities to ensure compliance with our high standards and best practices.

• Drive social media participation, fostering a sense of community and connection.

• Investigate market trends to inform our marketing strategies and content creation.

• Bring a creative flair to team collaborations, influencing the direction of our digital campaigns.

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is essential.

• 2-4 years of experience in managing social media strategies and community outreach.

• Analytical prowess with a knack for data-driven decisions.

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content development, SEO, and strategic research.

• Proficiency with Social Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and GA4.

• Creative design insight to guide and inspire.

• Writing and video creation/editing skills are a plus.
