Linnaeus Veterinary Client Care Team Member in Stockton-on-Tees, United Kingdom
Due to ongoing growth, we are inviting applications for an experienced Receptionist/Client Care Team Member to join our team at Wear Referrals Veterinary Specialist.
This is a genuine opportunity for candidates with extensive high-level reception experience gained in a busy and challenging professional environment to join a successful and growing business with scope for career development for the right candidate. A customer service qualification is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar high-pressure client care environment, be organised, smart and professional in appearance, detail orientated, committed to excellent customer service and able to commit to a shift-based role. Client Care Team Members are required to wear a corporate uniform and be able to sit and stand for long periods to cover the reception area and the back office, aside from scheduled breaks.
This is a full-time position working 40hrs/week over 5 days, Monday to Sunday, shifts between 7am -10pm.

Our specialist services include neurology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, anaesthesia, oncology, diagnostic imaging and cardiology, a busy primary care out-of-hours emergency service, in-house physiotherapy, and hydrotherapy.
