Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Substance Use Navigator is responsible for interacting and working with the health care team and with patients in the hospital and Emergency Department to find and connect patients to drug treatment resources and outpatient clinic referrals.

Qualifications
Minimum:
Licensed Professional Counselor Certified Additions Counseslor Certified Addicition Specialist and Drug Counselor or equivalent
One year recent drug treatment experience.
Previous training and work in a drug treatment/alcohol treatment facility or clinic
Excellent communication skills ability to work with a difficult population and manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
Two years experience in a drug treatment
Associate degree in a health care related field.
Impatient drug treatment experience
Recent inpatient hospital experience
Pay Range
$24.59 - $33.81 /hour
