Aston Carter Contracts Administrative Assistant in Stockton, California

This role involves supporting a legal team, focusing on administrative tasks related to processing new contracts for vendors, ATS, and others. The position will play a critical role in the migration of a new Cobblestone rollout.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in public administration, economics, social or behavioral sciences.

  • 2-3 years experience in working in management, administrative, and financial work.

  • Healthcare experience

Skills

  • Processing new contract requests

  • Organizing contract records for migrating to new system Cobblestone

  • Assisting with training of Cobblestone

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Effective communication

  • Team collaboration

Work Environment

The position will be part of a dynamic legal team consisting of two other professionals and will also integrate with a larger HR team of 17 members in the corporate office.
