Bitdefender Territory Account Manager in Stockholm, Sweden
The Territory Account Manager is a strategic position at Bitdefender and acts as the primary point of contact and business leader within the assigned territory. As a specialized resource, he/she will promote the Company’s position as the global leader in Cybersecurity, while being in charge to acquire new mid-size and large end customers, recruit and enable the key channel partners to drive the demand and grant the best experience for our existing and new end customers.
The TAM will co- work with inside sales, pre-sales, marketing and PR in the assigned territory , defining the sales motion, priorities and business development activities, including forecast responsibilities while managing and prioritizing the business opportunities, focusing on the end-user business expansion of Bitdefender.
The ideal candidate has matured experiences in Cybersecurity vendors and partner ecosystem, with solid skills in end customer sales, co-working with channel partners , including complex technologies and services .
The knowledge of the Cybersecurity domain is a must for the position.
He /she will promote the Bitdefender Channel Program, acting as point of reference for the Bitdefender extended sales force of the partner community, visiting and supporting the ir teams .
The candidate will need to have excellent communication and people skills, as a critical part of the first in-depth experience with Bitdefender technologies
Pipeline generation on the mid-size and large customers segments.
Mid-size and large customers’ acquisition.
Manage existing end customers in the assigned territory.
Recruit, onboard and manage key Channel partners in the region.
Build business plans (revenue and non-revenue) with partners.
Provide ongoing sales and technical trainings to these partners.
Assist with building marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues with development funds.
Act as key end user and channel leader and specialist to regional sales team within region.
10+ years channel sales and territory management in networking or security sectors.
Proved experience selling complex technologies and services to mid-size and large customers.
Proved experience building business and marketing plans with partners.
Must have experience in delivering sales trainings, and experience in working in a fast pace changing environment with revenue responsibilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, patience and self-organizational skills
Competitive, Self-starter, with problem solving skills.
College or University degree preferred.
