What you would do as our Digital Compliance Framework (DCF) – Program Manager

Reporting to the Divisional CTO, the DCF Program Manager will be responsible for helping drive the divisional response to key legislative requirements (NIS2 Directive, AI Act and Data Act etc) through coordination with key stakeholders and through helping shape and deliver the implementation of our Digital Compliance Framework Operational Model.

They will contribute significantly to our compliance efforts being the interface between Group, Global Solutions and our Business Areas. The role will require involvement with Product Security, Enterprise IT, Legal, Operations and Supply Chain, Data and Privacy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to work within a diverse global environment with distinct verticals to help support the division achieve its compliance goals.

You would also:

  • Lead the divisional Digital Compliance Forum, managing through the defined governance model

  • Key role in coordinating with Group, understanding policies and supporting documentation and shaping these to the requirements of the division

  • Help drive alignment and sharing of best practice both at a divisional level but also with Group

  • Constantly be gaining an understanding of Business Areas current product portfolio’s, ongoing development projects and how legislation will impact these areas

  • Be part of the wider Central CTO function

    The skills and experience you need:

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 10+ years of experience in Program Management in large digital transformational or complex change projects supported by a known program management qualification.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Is proficient in English in both written and verbal.

  • Excellent negotiations skills and ability to influence and guide.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects.

  • Experience within regulatory and compliance perspective is a huge plus.
