POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for reviewing non-real estate loans and verifying that all of the required aspects of the loan process have been met prior to disbursing the loan proceeds.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs comprehensive review of executed loan package for accuracy and completion
- Distributes loan proceeds timely and in accordance with loan documentation
- Deliver electronic drafts
- Route online loan applications to appropriate region
- Documents any technical exceptions that are evident in the loan documents or supporting documentation
- Adheres to all federal regulations, laws, and RCB Bank policies
