Lakeview Memorial Hospital Association Imaging Receptionist and Scheduler in Stillwater, Minnesota
The Imaging Services Scheduler or Receptionist is the first line contact for patient. They receive calls and make calls to schedule imaging exams. The Receptionist greets patients, identifies, and guides patients toward preparations needed prior to exam appointment. The Scheduler/Receptionist needs to be able to expertly and efficiently triage a wide variety of questions and requests from patients, providers, other departments and locations as presented by phone or in person. Work Schedule: 0.25 FTE: 5 evening per pay period (including every other Friday) Week 1: (3 evening) 5pm-9pm Week 2: (2 evening) 5pm-9pm Required Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent Superior customer service skills, multitasking skills and computer/data entry skills Preferred Qualification: Experience with EPIC, or other electronic medical record Two years health care field experience, radiology preferred Benefits: Lakeview Hospital offers a competitive benefits package (.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k with match, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
