Regions Hospital Cardiology Scheduling Coordinator in Stillwater, Minnesota

Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN is looking for an exceptional, patient focused Cardiology Scheduling Coordinator to join our Lakeview team and make a difference for our patients and our community. The Cardiology Scheduling Coordinator provides exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and employees. This position schedules appointments, verifies insurance, checks in patients for appointments, and manages patient reception. Work Schedule: 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM. Rotating Wed/Thurs./Fri week 1 &Thursday/ Friday week 2. Required Qualifications: Two years of experience in a direct customer/patient service position. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate of a formal training program in medical reception or customer service or equivalent. Experience in a healthcare setting. Experience with an electronic medical record system, preferably Epic.
