Paul Reed Smith Guitars Quality Assurance Shipment Inspector in Stevensville, Maryland
Summary: The Quality Inspection of SE Guitars including set-up, electronics and finish & preparing the guitars for shipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities’ of the Quality Inspector: (include and other duties may be assigned)
• Employee can inspect approximately 20 guitar per day
• Employee is able to correct set-up and electronics problems
• Employee can inspect and identify finish problems
• Able to pay close attention to detail
• Able to uphold a high level of quality
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions independently
• Able to lift 70 pounds
• Close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
• Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and vibration
Qualifications/Experience of the Quality Inspector: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to an above satisfactorily level.
Knowledge of guitar electronics and setup
Knowledge of PRS SE Models and options a plus
Ability to play guitar is REQUIRED
Have excellent attendance
Self-motivated
Attention to detail
Able to lift/move up to 60 lbs. regularly and lift/move up to 70 lbs. occasionally

Starting at $17/hr. Eligible for up to a $1/hr. increase after 6 months based on performance & attendance!!
