Our team is looking for an analytical, talented and motivated Service Now Engineer to develop, engineer and optimize a new Digital Engineering Ecosystem (DEE) by leveraging automation capabilities within Service Now. As a Service Now Engineer, you may:

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug the configurations and workflows in Service Now

• Analyze and develop capabilities in alignment with defined user stories and acceptance criteria

• Apply DevOps experience in activities including version control, automated builds, automated testing, and continuous integration

• Integrates solutions within the Platform

• Identifies/develops solutions for software/infrastructure performance deficiencies

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor s Degree and 10 years of experience

• At a minimum, possess a Security CE Certification

• Proficient in the engineering automated workflows leveraging Service Now

• Ability to mentor junior team members in leveraging Service Now capabilities

• Experience with Basic DevOps Tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitLab)

• Experience with Cloud architecture and system design (AWS, Azure, etc.)

• Experience with containerization

• Clear and Concise Communication (Verbal and Written)

• Bachelor s Degree in a STEM field

• Master s Degree with 10 years of experience

• Experience with DevOps Tooling (Sonatype, SonarQube, JUnit)

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

• Experience with Cloud solution optimization

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
