We are looking for a Senior Program Control Analyst (PCA) to join a newly anticipated program for a globally dispersed workforce.
As the Senior Program Control Analyst, you will:
Develop, interpret and implement financial data of the program to input into monthly reports
Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts
Prepare reports of findings and recommendations to management
Analyze financial performance including comparison of actual results against planned results
Work with financial models such as Cost-Plus Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed Price, and Cost-Plus Incentive Fee
Assist the PMO with milestone tracking to include earned value-like reporting
Perform all program control related duties to include validation of all costs being captured properly and preparing customer financial deliverables
As needed, meet with the end-customer to review program financial reporting
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelors degree and six years of directly applicable experience supporting the development and maintenance of highly technical programs
Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Previous Financial Analyst with program control analysis experience
Ability to understand and accurately translate financial information for a general audience
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Track record of on-time financial delivery
Experience with incentive-fee type contracts
Knowledge of EVMS reporting
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
