Job Title: Systems Engineer

System/Subsystem Design Engineer

The System/Subsystem Design Description (SSDD) describes the system- or subsystem-wide design and the architectural design of a system or subsystem.

Seeking a Systems Engineer to produce system and subsystem level designs and descriptions to provide department stakeholders and engineers the ability

to develop further functional capabilities for military ground vehicle platforms. Qualified candidates must have a bachelors degree, have experience

designing capability flow through ssdd and management of requirements.

Will be working within the governments Vehicle Electronics and Architecture (VEA) division

Description

• Work with software teams to help define system and subsystem level design documents

• Design functional capabilities through flow through ssdd documents

• Create sequence diagrams defining subsystem and system level functionality

• Work with stakeholders to define and negotiate requirements

• Ability to define the functional capability within the vehicle architecture based off customer requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
