Overview
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team at our facility in Sterling Heights, MI, 48314. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Ford Automotive Weld & Assembly tooling project experience would be a preferrable Job Experience for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and monitor progress
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations
- Competence in controls engineer and mechanical design knowledge as it relates to the following: force analysis, standardization, processing, CAD, cause and effects, R&M, Spc and FMEA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
