We are hiring a Lead Account Manager to help identify and develop better business opportunities to drive growth, while maintaining and sustaining relationships with current customers. You will manage a small team as well. Previous experience managing business and customer relationships in manufacturing is a must. Any aerospace experience would be helpful too. Responsibilities

The Commercial Manager is responsible for identifying and developing better business opportunities for improved growth while maintaining relationships with current customers.

• Maintain existing customer relationships.

• Identify contacts for new customer relationships.

• Negotiate long-term pricing agreements with existing and new businesses.

• Coordinate efforts of outside sales associates with company management.

• Define business model for promoting growth.
