POSITION: Service Manager
REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: -Minimum 3 years' experience in John Deere Service Department operations. SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS: -Ability to motivate individuals as well as a group. Working knowledge of Standard Job Pricing and Commission base compensation. Basic understanding of financial principles related to overall Service Department Operations. -Excellent customer service skills required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly with extended periods of standing, climbing, bending
PREFERRED SKILLS: Preferred applicants will have a minimum of 1-5 years management experience or a combination of 10 years Ag diesel repair and service management.
WAGE: Salary range based on experience $60,000-$85000/year.
