Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in Stephen, MN. From: 02/24/2023 to 12/01/2023 Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon. - Sat. 8 hrs./day, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. As required in Minnesota, all work performed in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Must Apply By: 07/15/2023 JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs duties like drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Crops: Corn, Dry Beans, Dry Beans, Soybeans, Spring Wheat, Sugar Beets Equipment: John Deere Late model equipment7920, 7930, 8230, 8310R (2), 9460R, 9570R, S690, S680. Various Trucks: International quad-axle trucks, Pro-Star Int\'l trucks with Wilson hopper bottom trailer and Jet hopper bottom trailer. Other straight trucks and semis. Loadline 34\' end dump trailers. Various Implements: Pull type sprayers, 20\' mower, grain cart, sugar beet cart, and different types of tillage. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver\'s license within 30 days of hire. Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs. Able to perform work that requires exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive sitting and walking. No HS Diploma / GED required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.
