Summary: Responsible for maintaining physical structures of buildings, grounds, and common areas of resort properties by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ground maintenance activities, such as snow removal, mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse. Assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
Ensures all work orders assigned are satisfactorily completed Maintains high quality standards for the buildings and grounds, ensuring that public areas, buildings and grounds meet first class standards at all times.
Communicates with supervisors and front desk staff of potential problems that might arise or affects guest or owner satisfaction or safety.
Adheres to company policies and follows all safety regulations.
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules, while never sacrificing safety.
Maintains accurate timesheets and production records for pay and billing information.
Provides general cleaning of common areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
Sweeps floors and walkways, both interior and exterior.
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Replaces light bulbs. Delivers guest request items, as necessary.
Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Education/Experience: No prior experience or training.
Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Computer Skills: No Computer skills needed.
