Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of technical support requests, ensuring timely resolution and a seamless experience for users.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and peripheral issues, helping improve overall IT performance.

  • Manage service desk ticketing systems, track recurring issues, and work with vendors to find efficient solutions.

  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices—including computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.

  • Stay on top of the latest tech trends and help educate and support your team members.

Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. CompTIA A+ certification is a plus!

  • At least two years in an enterprise IT support role, including experience with service desk systems and troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in Windows 7-10, Microsoft Office Suite, and IP phone systems.

  • A passion for continuous learning, staying current on industry trends, and applying your knowledge to solve problems.

  • A valid NC Driver's License with a good driving record.

  • This position is Monday through Friday with the hours of 7am through 4pm. Some overtime hours will be required.
