Your primary responsibility as an IT Application Supporter (Veraciti) in Radiometer, is our Global end-to-end Labeling system, Veraciti (Kallik). You will work with stakeholders in all areas of R&D, RA, QA, Production and Supply Chain, to secure correct access, manage risks/controls, troubleshoot technical issues and secure right and optimal use of the system.

In periods with limited need for Veraciti support and maintenance, you will be expected to assist in 2nd and 3rd level general IT Support, for our internal users.

The position is part of the Global IT Support department, so you will be working in a global environment collaborating with colleagues around the world, to provide the best IT support.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage:

• Keep overview of Veraciti licenses and user profiles

• Accountable for user training in Veraciti

• Support process improvements with knowledge of Veraciti Benefits.

• Support validation Manager in validation tasks.

• Administration of user accounts, permissions, access, and application support.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree in Computer science or similar

• 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience working with labeling in a regulated industry.

• Experience working in IT, Supply Chain, Production or RA/QA

• Language requirements: English fluent in speech and writing and communicative Polish.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

• Experience from working in an international organization.

• Great communication skills and meet the users at their level.

• General curiosity in IT technology and troubleshooting.

• Constantly seeks opportunities to improve and sustain the use of managed system.

The job is offered as an on-site position in Radiometer Solutions sp. z o.o. Stargard.The position also requires flexibility to travel and occasionally work from other sites within the Radiometer group. Travel expected is 10-15%.
