Job Details Salary Range $30.00 Hourly Description $3,000 sign on bonus for new, full-time hires, based on qualifications and pro-rated for part-time hires Mission for Position A uniquely independent role for an EMT interested in environmental and occupational health, the occupational health EMT assigned to Trident in Motley provides quality, personalized prevention, screening and health support for Trident employees on all shifts, while also providing a convenient and efficient connection to Lakewood's healthcare. Position Type $3,000 sign on bonus for full-time hires, pro-rated for part-time hires Starting at $30/hour for all hours worked, no shift differential. Full time or Part Time positions available, possible schedules shown below (Trident open to other schedules that cover all 3 shifts): Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday 5 Day Staggered Shift 4:00AM2:30PM 12:00PM 8:30PM 4:00AM 12:30PM 12:00PM 8:30PM 4:00AM 12:30PM Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday 5 Day Staggered Shift 9:30AM-6PM 4:30PM-1AM 9:30AM-6PM 4:39PM-1AM 9:30AM-6PM Those desiring part-time or unique schedules are encouraged to apply! Duties & Responsibilities Provides education, support and motivation emphasizing health and safety Coordinates drug and alcohol testing for Trident employees Observe compliance with OSHA and work comp standards and requirements Perform and document health assessments Collaborate with employees and employer to develop and implement modified job tasks based on workability reports. Identify existing or potential environmental, health and safety hazards and inform appropriate individuals regarding adaptations or position interventions. Join the Employee and Occupational Health team who serve both Lakewood employees through employee health as well as our corporate partners throughout the community! With regular touchpoints via team huddles and 1-on-1 meetings, you'll maintain a strong connection to your LHS team while you serve on-site with the Trident team. At Trident, you'll connect with the safety manager, HR and plant supervisors to support the health and wellness of Trident staff.
