Adecco is assisting one of the leading healthcare providers in the Bay Area in recruiting for a Surgery Scheduler in Palo Alto, CA. This is a full-time opportunity with the hours being 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support 2-3 physicians to help triage post procedure at home escalations

• Obtain medical records from other outside facilities and coordinate clinic appointment scheduling

• Work a referral queue list

• Create surgical cases

QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma or GED

• 2+ years of high volume clinic/surgery scheduling experience

• EPIC experience preferred

Pay range for this opportunity is $28 - $32 based on experience .

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
