PCI Pharma Services Inventory Analyst in Stamullen Co. Meath, Ireland

Maintaining and improving the company's Inventory situation by analyzing inventory statistics to determine which products are impacting on our ability to meet our Turns target .

  • Support predictions for Forecast of our Annualised turns.

  • Manage the Input and Output plan for all SKU’s.

  • Performing extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports, and provide trending analysis trends.

  • Provide Supplychain Solutions in collaboration with Procurement ie. KANBAN for selected parts.

  • Run ABC classification every Quarter from our ERP system.

  • Coordinating with other workers to resolve discrepancies between inventory and revenue.

  • Creating and maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory.

Inventory Analyst Requirements:

  • Experience in Inventory Management

  • Understanding of Turns management, Supply chain

  • Manufacturing background

  • Diploma/Degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience with databases and spreadsheets.

  • Good computer skills.

  • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, maths, and multi-tasking skills.
