The Grand Story : Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is an 120-bed long term and short-term facility, located in beautiful Stamford, New York. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care.
Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing , located in Stamford, NY, is actively seeking an Interventional Care Nurse (I-Care Nurse). In this role, you will provide a broad range of clinical IV infusion therapies and respiratory care to our residents.
Position Summary: The I-Care nurse is responsible to audit all tasks, documentation compliance, orders, care plans, direct care techniques related to nursing restorative rehab, intravenous therapy and respiratory therapy and participate in the education and competency of Certified nurse aides or therapy aides and licensed nurses performing the therapy and/or treatment modalities.
Responsibilities Include:
Deliver individualized infusion nursing care: Administer one-on-one infusion treatments, provide respiratory care, and offer patient education in alignment with the physician's treatment plan.
Evaluate patient progress and response: Assess the patient's condition and response to therapy, taking appropriate actions to help achieve treatment goals.
Foster trust and effective relationships: Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, ensuring open communication and support.
Provide compassionate patient care: Use your clinical expertise in IV therapy and a personal touch to support patients' recovery and overall well-being.
Qualifications Include:
NY RN license required with a minimum of one year infusion experience
Schedule flexibility and reliable transportation (morning, afternoon, evenings and weekends)
Excellent critical thinking skills
Must be organized, responsible and dependable

$87,750.00 – $95,000.00 per year
