Senior Monitoring and Testing Compliance Assurance Officer reportingto the U.S. General Counsel and the Global CCOwill lead the Compliance Assurance team responsible for assessing compliance risks and controls implemented by the first and second lines ofdefense. The candidate will workto design an effective Compliance Assurance testing program and will be responsible to lead the program monitoring and assurance reviews to identify potential breaches of Regulatory Obligations and Corporate Compliance policies, as well as to ascertain whether key controls that are in place to mitigate the risk of non-compliance with Compliance Risk continue to operate effectively. The Compliance Assurance Officer will alsobe responsible forreporting and escalating controls issues and any violations of laws or breaches of policy; and validating adequacy of remediation taken to address reported issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee the NWM, US Compliance Assurance Monitoring and Testing Plan.

• Lead the Compliance Assurance function to execute high quality assurance reviews across relevant areas of the business and support functions toidentify, manage and mitigate risks in relation to core activitiesin accordance withregulatory requirements and NWM Risk Profile to achieve the right customer outcomes.

• Responsible for the preparing and presenting formal written reports to senior management.

• Report and escalate control issues and any violations of laws or breaches of policy; and validating adequacy of remediation taken to address reported issues.

• Actively consider the inherent and material risks of the business and support functions to ensure risks are appropriatelyidentified,assessedand mitigated to the desired risk appetite.

• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with the business and support functions by building ongoing relationships to promote the Assurancemethodologyand engender a collaborative and transparent culture of compliance.

• Activelyparticipatein the annual rules-based risk assessment process.

• Keep current with industry specific emerging risks,trendsand issues across the industry.

Education and Experience:

• 10+ years of global compliance and audit related experience, and strong knowledge of business processes and IT technologiesutilizedin theswap-dealer business.

• Strong knowledge ofswap dealer regulations, andsecurities products and compliance including knowledge of CFTC, DTCC,NFA regulation.

• Good knowledge of broker-dealer and securities processes and business.

• Excellent communication skills in interacting with non-executives, executive management, regulators, and acrossa number ofbusiness lines and control functions.

• Proventrack recordin the preparation and presentation of formal written reports to senior management.

• Experience managing and providing strategic direction to a diverse team.

• Strong organization, written, verbal and presentation skills.

• Willingness to take onadditionaldutiesas necessary.

• Proficient in the use of technology.

• BA/BSrequired.

• MBA a plus.

The expected base annual salary range for this position is $225,000 - $245,000 at the start of employment. This is not a guarantee of compensation. The exact compensation isdetermined onan individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training licensure,certificationsand location.
