What you´ll do
Quality Strategy and Core responsibilities:
Develop and deploy Quality Strategy, Model and Standards and drives continuous improvement or targets at our Suppliers, Warehouses, and Contract Manufacturing sites through audit, assessment, reporting and consulting
Defines relevant quality procedures together with local, regional, and global teams (including shopfloor operators where relevant)
Ensures accurate, comprehensive, timely reporting of incidents, actions and follow up including trend analysis, root cause determination from Contract manufacturers, Supplier, and Warehouse locations. First point of quality contact on these topics for internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and continuously improve the E2E Quality performance along the value chain, including KPI monitoring and hygiene performance of suppliers, contract manufacturers, and 3PL
Ensures manufacturing or production processes are meeting international and national Q standards, including product and process quality (e.g. FTR) at suppliers, contract manufacturers, 3PL
What makes you a good fit
High School diploma required, college degree preferred
Six Sigma Certified preferred
8 years' experience in a Quality Management type field, preferably of Third Parties
Strong verbal and written communication skills to build credibility with our internal and external stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement at external partners (Contract Manufacturers, Supplier, Warehouse)
Root cause analysis using six sigma methodologies
SAP knowledge required, PowerBI preferred

The salary for this role is $110000.00 - $160000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
