Marketing & Operations Manager

This leading medical device company in Stamford, CT is looking for a Marketing Manager & Production Assistant to join their rapidly expanding team. This company with over 50% revenue growth rate annually is known for its innovative technology in the medical device sector, which aims to transform the healthcare landscape by improving the quality and effectiveness of patient care.

Their aggressive growth strategies include plans to double their market presence in the next 5 years, and their success will realize significant cost savings to the healthcare system and more importantly, greater health benefits to patients.

The selected candidate will undergo a rigorous 6-12 month training program in the operations division to learn about the business, the stringent standard of operations and work ethics required. Post-training, the employee will switch to a flexible work model, which includes a mix of office and remote working.

The Marketing & Operations Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Microsite Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: The position involves managing a variety of content across different platforms.

• Customer Relations: Critical part of this role includes regularly engaging with customers through various channels.

• Video Production: Liaising with video editors and production team, prioritizing projects as required.

• Quality Assurance: The candidate should ensure consistent branding across all platforms and should remedy any errors.

• Project Delivery: Adherence to deadlines is valued highly in this role.

• Leadership & Strategy: The person should take initiative in solving problems, and should always strive for organizational improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in journalism, English, marketing, history, or a related field is desired.

• At least 2 years of experience in content creation and/or video production.

• A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role is favorable.

• Prior experience in script research and writing.

• Previous system design, project planning, and workflow design exposure.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Vimeo, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Canva, Cvent, and WordPress.

• Experience with Cine Cameras, Adobe Postproduction software is a bonus.

• Event planning and support experience would be valued.

• Ability to handle criticism, multi-task, and prioritize is expected.

• Proven track record in decision making and sound judgment is necessary.
